Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and AE Capital Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA ("SuaveIQ", "we", "us"), and they govern your use of the SuaveIQ service. They are written in plain language. By creating an account, taking the quiz, subscribing, or using any other part of the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

SuaveIQ is a digital coaching platform for men. It includes a personalized AI coach, a curriculum of six modules, a scenario simulator, weekly missions, a Confidence Index, a private community, and related tools. The free tier gives access to a quiz, a downloadable guide, two preview modules, and a limited number of coach sessions per month. The Pro tier unlocks the full program for a monthly or annual subscription fee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are. You also confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We never ask you for it.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• If you lose access, use the password reset flow at /forgot-password. We cannot recover your password because we do not store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SuaveIQ for any unlawful purpose, harassment, or harm to another person.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or training data.
• Automate the AI coach or simulator (no bots, no scripts) beyond your personal use.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any part of the service.
• Bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Use the service to develop a competing product.
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to manipulate or harm someone.

5. About the AI coach

The AI coach is a large language model (currently Claude by Anthropic) calibrated with a system prompt and your onboarding context. It is not a human. It does not have memory beyond the current session and what you have shared with us.

The coach can be wrong. It can produce statements that are inaccurate, oversimplified, or not suited to your specific situation. You are responsible for your own judgment and actions. Do not treat any single message as authoritative.

We continuously refine the coach prompt and methods. The behavior, response style, and capabilities of the coach may evolve over time.

6. Not medical, psychological, or therapy advice

SuaveIQ provides educational content and coaching for personal development. It is not a medical service, a psychiatric service, or psychotherapy. The coach is not a licensed clinician. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or any condition that requires clinical care, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country immediately. SuaveIQ is not a substitute for therapy, medication, or any other clinical intervention.

7. Subscriptions and payment

• Pro monthly: 39 USD per month, billed at the start of each cycle.
• Pro yearly: 349 USD per year, billed once per year, equivalent to roughly 29 USD per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
• Founders cohort members keep their original rate as long as their subscription stays active without interruption.
• Public price may rise to 59 USD per month after the founders cohort closes. The new price applies to new sign-ups only.
• Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are added where required by your jurisdiction.

8. Refunds and cancellation

• Two-week guarantee. If, within the first 14 days of your initial Pro subscription, you genuinely feel nothing has changed in how you show up, email us. We refund the first month or first year, no questions, no negotiation.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then.
• No partial refunds beyond the two-week guarantee, except where required by law (notably the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, which the two-week guarantee already covers).

9. Intellectual property

SuaveIQ owns the platform, the curriculum, the system prompts, the scenario library, the AI coach methodology, the brand, and all related intellectual property. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service. It does not give you ownership over any of it.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the SuaveIQ content for anything other than your own personal use within the platform.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (your messages to the coach, your onboarding answers, your simulator inputs). By submitting it, you grant SuaveIQ a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your content. We do not use your private conversations to train external AI models.

If you publicly share content from SuaveIQ (screenshots, snippets, your plan), you can. We just ask that you do not pass off the methodology as your own.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt to harm other members, or commit fraud. We will give you notice when reasonable, and an opportunity to fix the issue. For severe violations (illegal activity, exploitation of minors, attacks on our systems), termination is immediate and final.

You can terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@suaveiq.com or through the dashboard when self-service deletion is available.

12. No warranty

SuaveIQ is provided as is. We do everything we can to keep it useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free behavior. Different men do this work at different paces. The product is a tool, not a promise of any specific result with women, in dating, or in your life.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuaveIQ, its operators, and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation. In those jurisdictions, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves or laws change. The current version is always at /terms with its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or your subscription, we email all members 14 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct, good-faith discussion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country or state gives you the right to litigate locally. Nothing in these terms removes a protection that the law where you live grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Before any legal action, we ask you to email hello@suaveiq.com first. Most issues are resolved within a week.
